Thomas Klingen

Mr. Klingen graduated from Arizona State University in 1982 with a B.S. in Finance with course concentration in Investment Real Estate. He was hired by Rosewood in 1982 as a leasing and marketing associate where he successfully leased multi-story office buildings and industrial facilities involving in excess of 100 transactions. In 1985 he was promoted to Vice President of Development in charge of Arizona operations. He supervised the acquisition, financing construction, property management and leasing of these of these projects. In 1987, Mr. Klingen was promoted to Executive Vice President in charge of both Arizona and Florida operations. Currently, Mr. Klingen is President of Florida operations where he provides sales and acquisitions services.

James E. Willman

Mr. Willman has been in the Real Estate business for over 35 years. He graduated from Stetson University with a BBA in Finance. He began his extensive Real Estate career leasing and managing commercial properties with Koger Properties. Mr. Willman's career has included employment with companies such as Norco Properties in Jacksonville, FL; Kay Properties in Pinellas County, FL; Monumental Properties in Tampa, FL; The Mack Company in Tampa, FL; Corporex Properties in Tampa, FL; and Rosewood Properties in Tampa and Pinellas County. Mr. Willman provided the leasing and management of the Mack Tower in downtown Tampa, a 20 story, 300,000 SF office tower. He directed the leasing and management of over 1,100,000 SF of suburban multi-story office and industrial space at Corporex. In 1988, Mr. Willman joined Rosewood as Vice President of Florida. Currently, Mr. Willman provides sales, acquisition, leasing and property management services in the Tampa Bay area.
